We were in charge of planning the “+ Design Project,” a project to create unprecedented ideas, actions, and values through co-ideas and co-creation with various creators and artists.
The theme was “Japanese sweets. We have produced a heartwarming hint of hospitality that gently enriches and enriches our daily lives by touching the world of wagashi, which captures the seasons and landscapes and encloses them in the palm of your hand.

Shiho Sakamoto is a professional Japanese Wagashi artist based in Tokyo Japan. She finds inspirations in the moments of everydaylife and through her makings of wagashi she brings those inspirations into shape. She has been asked to supervise, create and/or develop a new recipe for original custom-made wagashi. She has held numerous exhibition and taught many classes and workshops both in Japan and oversea.
